Return and Exchange Policy
If any purchase fails to meet your satisfaction, for any reason, just return it within
10 business days, and we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the
purchase price, excluding shipping charges and special fees. Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from the time we receive your item to process your return.

At the time of return, you may specify your preference for (1) receiving a credit in your original form of payment, (2) exchanging the returned merchandise or (3) receiving the amount of the credit for the returned merchandise in the form of a store credit.
All exchanges are subject to availability of the item requested in the exchange and are subject to your payment of any cost difference for the item as well as any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all original tags attached. We have the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that we determine does not meet these requirements.

Sale items are not returnable and all sales of this merchandise are final. Please note that custom orders are purchased with an “absolutely no return” policy.

All returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail or any other delivery service that requires a signature. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Deliveries
Be sure to inspect any shipment for external signs of shipping damage. Please email or call customer service within 48 hours of receipt if your order has been damaged in
shipping and keep all original packing materials.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. ARTICLES A-Z does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
